2. Description of Service

Floor Plan AI provides online tools for generating, converting, reviewing, and downloading floor plan drafts from text, dimensions, and optional reference images. Direct wall controls and PDF/SVG/DXF exports are roadmap items, not active MVP features.

3. User Accounts

1. Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
2. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Uploads and User Content

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not upload sensitive personal, security, or confidential building information unless you are authorized to do so.
• AI results may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, interface, code, branding, and service design remain the property of Floor Plan AI or its licensors.

• Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without permission.
• Respect our trademarks, branding, and product assets.

6. Credits, Plans, and Payment

Some features require credits or a paid subscription.

• Credit costs may vary by generation mode, resolution, reference-image use, and model cost.
• Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
• One-time credits do not expire unless we clearly state otherwise.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors and may be subject to their terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

Do not misuse Floor Plan AI.

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• No attempts to bypass credit limits, payment rules, authentication, or security controls.
• No automated scraping, excessive load, or service disruption.
• No use of AI outputs as final construction, permit, structural, or safety documents without professional review.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, uploads, outputs, and deletion requests.

• We collect only data needed to operate and improve the service.
• We use reasonable safeguards and trusted infrastructure providers.

9. Service Availability and AI Limitations

Floor Plan AI is not an architect, engineer, surveyor, or permitting authority. Generated plans are for planning, visualization, listing, and communication only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from use of the service or generated outputs.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Floor Plan AI from claims arising from your content, misuse, or violation of these terms.
