Spatial preview after 2D
Use the generated 2D layout as the planning reference, then create a visual preview that makes room flow easier to judge.
Use Floor Plan AI to create reviewable 2D floor plan images online from a text prompt, dimensions, or an optional JPG/PNG/WebP reference image.

Large visual shortcuts for the most common jobs: clean an input, generate a layout, review a plan, preview 3D-style output, add known sizes, or download a PNG result.

How It Works
Floor Plan AI is designed around the work people actually bring to a planning session: a text brief, a reference image, or a list of dimensions.
The system keeps the steps visible and calm: identify the structure, use known measurements as context, review the generated image, then download the saved PNG.
Start from a prompt, dimensions, or reference image instead of opening a blank CAD canvas.
AI reads walls, doors, windows, rooms, labels, and common dimension marks so the first draft is useful.
Add one known wall length as context, then review labels, openings, and proportions before sharing.
Open or download clean generated PNG results for sharing. PDF, SVG, and DXF exports remain on the roadmap.

2D to 3D Preview
After the 2D structure is clean, Floor Plan AI shows the same layout as a furnished 3D room preview so homeowners, clients, and teammates understand the space faster.
Use the generated 2D layout as the planning reference, then create a visual preview that makes room flow easier to judge.
Show beds, sofas, counters, and circulation zones so non-CAD users understand the plan immediately.
A 3D-style preview is easier to share in real estate, renovation, and interior planning discussions.
3D previews, style presets, and presentation exports help users explain a plan in client and listing conversations.
Plan flow
A simple visible path helps users trust the result: describe the plan, optionally add a reference image, let AI structure it, review proportions, then download the saved PNG.

Start with a prompt, dimensions, or a JPG/PNG/WebP reference image.
Detect walls, rooms, doors, windows, labels, and common plan details.
Select a known wall, adjust the layout, and keep dimensions consistent.
Share clean generated PNG results from history. PDF, SVG, and DXF exports are roadmap items, not active MVP features.
Use cases
Floor Plan AI is designed for useful planning work, not decorative output.
Interior designer
Client-ready draft
What they need
Turn messy client notes, sketches, or dimensions into a reviewable starting point before a design call.
Real estate agent
Listing clarity
What they need
Create a clear floor plan from a scan or property photo so buyers understand the space before a showing.
Homeowner
Contractor handoff
What they need
Upload a rough sketch, review room names and proportions, then share a readable plan with a contractor.
Support notes
Simple answers about accuracy, exports, credits, and safe use.
AI plans should be reviewed before construction decisions.
Users see the credit cost before generating or exporting.
You can start with a room brief, dimensions, or an optional reference image such as a JPG, PNG, or WebP sketch/photo. The workspace supports JPG, PNG, or WebP reference images. PDF upload and PDF export are planned roadmap items, not active MVP features.
The current MVP returns a generated PNG floor plan image. Review walls, labels, doors, windows, and proportions before use; direct wall controls and PDF/SVG/DXF exports are roadmap items.
No. Floor Plan AI is for planning, visualization, listing, and communication. It is not a licensed architecture, engineering, or permit tool.
Each 1K generation job currently uses 3 credits for text, dimensions, prompt, or reference-image workflows. 2K adds 2 credits and 4K adds 4 credits when enabled.
The current MVP saves generated PNG result images in history so you can open or download them. PDF, SVG, and DXF exports are planned but are not sold as active features yet.
Uploaded files should be treated as private project data. The current MVP stores generated and uploaded assets for the stated retention window; contact support for early removal while self-service project deletion is being built.
Free draft included
Upload a prompt or reference image, generate your first reviewable floor plan image, and upgrade only when you need more credits or longer saved history.
