01What can I upload to Floor Plan AI?
You can start with a room brief, dimensions, or an optional reference image such as a JPG, PNG, or WebP sketch/photo. The workspace supports JPG, PNG, or WebP reference images. PDF upload and PDF export are planned roadmap items, not active MVP features.
02Can I edit the floor plan?
The current MVP returns a generated PNG floor plan image. Review walls, labels, doors, windows, and proportions before use; direct wall controls and PDF/SVG/DXF exports are roadmap items.
03Can I use the result for construction permits?
No. Floor Plan AI is for planning, visualization, listing, and communication. It is not a licensed architecture, engineering, or permit tool.
04How do credits work?
Each 1K generation job currently uses 3 credits for text, dimensions, prompt, or reference-image workflows. 2K adds 2 credits and 4K adds 4 credits when enabled.
05Which exports are supported?
The current MVP saves generated PNG result images in history so you can open or download them. PDF, SVG, and DXF exports are planned but are not sold as active features yet.
06Is my uploaded floor plan private?
Uploaded files should be treated as private project data. The current MVP stores generated and uploaded assets for the stated retention window; contact support for early removal while self-service project deletion is being built.
