Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, upload, generated result, and other use of Floor Plan AI. Last updated on August 21, 2026.

You must not use Floor Plan AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content.
Any sexual content involving minors or anyone represented as a minor.
Face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual manipulation of a person's likeness.
Illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, violent, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.
Content or building information you do not have the right or authorization to process.
Attempts to bypass moderation, authentication, payment, credit, rate-limit, or security controls.
Generated plans presented as final construction, permit, structural, safety, surveying, or legal documents.

We use automated safety checks to screen generation requests before they reach the image-generation provider.

Requests that are denied or flagged by our safety systems are blocked before generation.
If a required safety service is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed without review.
You may not split, encode, disguise, or repeatedly rephrase requests in order to evade safety checks.
AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by a qualified person before real-world use.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect users and the service.

We may reject prompts, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Credits are not refunded for deliberate attempts to violate or bypass this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
